2004 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37
Specifications
Description
Invincible Summer is a gorgeous sloop from the famed Jeanneau Sun Odyssey line.
Classy, proven cruiser, these are the boats that fill international cruising fleets for a reason: they have been designed to meet the standards of cruisers across the seas.
Thoughtful, well planned interior meets cockpit and deck ready for serious sailing.
Only previous owner kept it in Bristol condition and lightly sailed it.
The stunning interior includes a sole which had been kept beneath custom fitted carpets to maintain its pristine condition.
The interior exudes warmth with its wood and leather design, LED lighting and classic Jeanneau accents.
The clean, well cared for Yanmar diesel engine has 620 hours. Raw water system flush and servicing completed in Fall, 2019, along with oil change and elbow replacement. New Cutlass bearing installed Fall, 2018.
This Jeanneau also has had all the through hulls replaced.
2018 improvements:
New galley, head and shower faucets
Replaced raw water toilet system with freshwater toilet system (keeps odors out of tank, increases life of system)
ePirb installed
7 new batteries (6 house, 1 engine)
2019 improvements:
January: New sunbrella on headsail
June: New autohelm computer and helm controller
November: New canvas and isinglass, wax and buff
Here's what she's equipped with.
The inverter/charger works like a charm. The hot water heater as well.
Water tanks forward and aft make cruising a breeze.
The refrigerator was replaced in 2016.
Bottom paint is in 9 out of 10 condition, divers clean and inspect the bottom monthly.
She has radar, wind and depth instruments and autohelm controls at the cockpit pedestal, and the chart plotter is at the nav station below, making cruising planning a breeze. She’s proven herself a great cruiser for the Channel Islands, Catalina and the coast.
She sleeps seven; two in the V berth, two in the large aft cabin, two on the settee/dinette which coverts to a double bed, and one on the other settee.
She has a brand new Sony stereo with Bluetooth and Sirius radio capability.
There is wiring in the mast for a television if you want one.
Mainsail boasts an in-mast furling system which eliminates the need for lazy jacks and stack packs - keeps deck clean and tidy.
Boat also comes equipped with an ASO spinnaker with a sock (no spin pole necessary), which performs admirably.
All lines led aft, this boat is set up for single-handing. 4 self-tailing Lewmar winches. 4 winch handles.
There is a swimstep with a ladder, and a hot and cold water shower to make swimming and bathing outdoors at the islands a breeze.
There is a full set of screens for the windows, and sunshades for the hatches. Curtains on all windows. Exterior canvas includes hatch covers.
There is a crane mounted on the stern for lifting outboards onto the outboard storage rack mounted on the rail.
She also comes with a Magma propane grill for island BBQs.
Survey from July of 2018 is available.
