This is a clean 2006 Catalina 309 ready for local cruising. This boat includes a dodger, Bimini, auto-pilot and dinghy with outboard. 

The Catalina 309 has a very spacious interior layout and comfortable exterior. The cockpit is very comfortable and was creatively designed with stern seats in the pulpits and a walk-through transom with swim ladder and shower. 

You can board the Catalina 309 on either the port or starboard side and step into a very large cockpit with a walk thru transom and both port and starboard handrail seats. The is a teak cockpit table as well and all Sheet lead into to cockpit for single-hand sailing. The dodger has all new Macralon  windows with a biimini and connectorcanvas. Down the cabin stairs with the full galley on the port side. To your starboard is the door to the aft cabin. Moving forward on the port side is the dinette table and on the starboard side is the nav station and sofa. Walking forward to port is the head and shower and then comes the forward cabin.
